Co-op Commander Preview: Fenix

A fearless and honorable warrior, embodied the best aspects of the Aiur he served. In life Fenix waged his tireless battles against the enemies of the templar, first as a zealot then a dragoon.

Before his death, his consciousness including all of his memories and emotions was uploaded into a sophisticated data network as part of the secret project. When the protoss leader, Artanis, sought a weapon to aid in his fight against Amon, he encountered the remnants of the purifier project along with the Fenix prototype. StarCraft Heroes – Edmund Duke.

General Edmund Duke was a staunch supporter of the Confederacy for more than forty years. Driven more by a thirst for power than any real inner political conviction, Duke has honestly earned his reputation as a galactic-sized bastard. During his long years of service with Alpha Squadron he was able to gain extensive tactical experience. In addition to his skills,

Planets StarCraft – Phaeton.

The harsh deserts on Phaeton are extremely hostile to life. Although the planet has breathable amounts of oxygen, there are almost no deposits of minerals or drinking water. Phaeton’s location at a great distance from the centers of the Protoss and civilizations makes it even less attractive for settlement.

StarCraft Units – T-280 SCF.

Originally designed to repair Tarsonian orbital platforms, the T-280 SCF later played a key role in intercontinental construction activities, being able to perform many tasks including constructing new buildings and transporting resources. Its flexible deployment capability and proverbial reliability make the WBF an irreplaceable tool when it comes to quickly setting up camp for marines or attack bases on whatever terrain.

StarCraft Missions – Contamination.

As with all advanced scenarios, there are only two different units with which you should destroy as many enemies as possible. As in the Secret Operations scenario , you won’t be attacked and instead you have to get a certain number of kills in a certain amount of time.

StarCraft Buildings – Infestor.

The Infestor is an offensive spellcaster, meaning that its abilities are used to harm enemy units rather than support the player’s units. It can be built after the Zerg player has an Infestation Pit. Infestors have three abilities: Neural Parasite, Fungal Growth, and Microbial Shroud. They can move while burrowed if Burrow is researched.
