Two years later and this still gives me goosebumps. Riot really hasn't disappointed with almost any reworks, at least visually/lorewise, in recent years to me. They take the absolutely most bare characters and make them insanely interesting and set an insanely high standard for other champs. Thematically, Fiddlesticks is bordering perfect to me
Imo, new champs are usually so much less interesting and engaging than reworks in the recent years by far, and this is coming without caring about the champion to have a bias for if it got reworked beforehand. I would take a full year of nothing but reworks over new champions, if not longer. Genuinely, I'd love more reworks, way, way more than new champions. They take old, good ideas/concepts and refine them to an insane degree, which lets them buckle down on good ideas they only touched on before, as opposed to having to making a new champion that has to not a copy something you've done before. Originality gets hard with so many characters because there's so many that every new character has to be different than, but if you focus on the originals where the strong, really badass ideas originate, then you can go full throttle and make less complicated and contrived, more easily digestible and just "at a glance" badass characters that are readable at a glance. I really do hope they get back on the pure reworks train for a bit again soon

This theme is one of my favourite songs. It fits his character so perfectly, and this version is way scarier than before the re-work.
It would be FANTASTIC if Riot gift us with a horror film (a series i think would be too long) spinoff based on Arcane about Fiddlesticks terrorizing Demacia.

The first time i heard there was lol chapion named fiddlesticks, i thought he was bubbly fairy tale'ish character, then i saw his design and i immediately knew i was wrong
