Valorant.
Valorant is a free-to-play multiplayer first-person shooter developed by Riot Games. It is the first game developed by Riot Games in this genre. The game was first announced in October 2019 with the code-name Project A. It was released for Windows on June 2, 2020. It was originally scheduled for release in the summer of 2020. A closed beta launched back on April 7, 2020, and participation for the closed beta was done by sending game-keys for watching live streams of the game on the video platform Twitch (so-called “Twitch Drops”). The Twitch account had to be connected to the Riot Games account for this. Valorant left the beta phase on June 2, 2020.

I think this same issue occurs with the cascade as well.. I mean since he was buffed today after peaking with the cascade lag occurred
This happened to me in Bind bruh, i activated ult and my ping spiked to 1k+ not even kidding. i though my internet was just messing up but i guess not

when harbor came out i was at the range playing with him i already found that bug i thought it was only in the range so i did not report it now i know its not only in the range. when there is a new agent i always spam the ability in the range and i got fps drops when i spammed harbor ability

While thats harbors cascade teamates were also gets lagged i noticed
that explains why i was getting high ping spikes whenever i used his ult in unrated lobby on bind
Happened to me on breeze, we had the bomb down and the lag spike delayed the re take long enough for us to win lol. The lag spike is better than the actually ult

Happened to me as well. Was playing harbor on haven, used my ult for the retake, went crazy shooting the enemy kayo and he survived… it was so weird 😀
