Is league dying?
This feels very disingenuous to the actual event. All of the skins obtained are based on a gotcha mechanic of gambling. You spend 400 wild cores for 2,3, or 92 points with a 90, 9.5, and 5% chance of each. On average it will about 1000 wild cores per skin or 10$. They even sell an event pass which seems like it will get you the skins, but it only comes with emotes and other non useful items people don’t care about. You have 0 way to earn any of these skins or buy them out right. Only gambling. Worst event from WR by far IMO.
I buy almost everything I can get except the gotcha mechanics. They irk me to my core. I wanted to buy the new event pass, but nothing good. Not one skin on it…..
Are these skins only exclusive to wildrift? The only reason I'm asking this is because they did this with star guadians and people were pretty upset so I'm hoping riot isn't fumbling again by doing this…
