Very inaccurate, the new placements are from a low amount of matches. Jax is def in the op tier with ksante, etc in top lane. This is not right. Dr mundo is not a C tier LOL. He's like an A tier, his low cds everywhere and how strong he is isn't that impactful from S to C tier.

Damn near everyone no matter role is building hp% damage items in their core items. Add in the anti heal buff. Bruisers and tanks are garbage now.

I always find it interesting how different sources have such different lists. One list thinks Blitzcrank is OP, here he is A. Some say Swain is C, here he is A. I always wonder what their ranking is based on?
